Lou Malnati’s gluten free deep dish and thin crust pizzas are tested and confirmed to be gluten free, but processed in a facility that uses wheat, and finished in our kitchens where wheat and wheat products are present. Crust is made from a blend of rice flour, corn, potato, and tapioca starches, pea fiber, and xanthan gum (may contain almond and coconut). Crust contains egg.

Our pizza dough, mozzarella cheese, and pizza sauce do not contain any alcohol.

Our deep dish pizza dough and pizza sauce do not contain any egg or dairy (just so long as you do not order Buttercrust and specify that you do not want romano cheese sprinkled on top). Our salads and pizzas can be prepared vegan if you order them without cheese.

Our pizza dough does not contain egg; however, our gluten free pizza dough does contain egg.

Our pizzas do not contain MSG.

We do not have any peanuts or tree nuts in our pizzerias, and all of our homemade products are made without these ingredients. A few of our items, such as the vanilla ice cream and chocolate chip cookie dough, do not contain peanuts or tree nuts but are made in a facility where peanuts and tree nuts are present. Our gluten-free pizza dough is made from a blend of rice flour, corn, potato, and tapioca starches, pea fiber, and xanthan gum, and may contain traces of almond and coconut.

Our mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and romano cheese are all made with a vegetable rennet, not an animal rennet.

Our our Chocolate Chip Pizza and Brownie desserts may contain traces of sesame.
