Cheers to 46 Years!

46 years ago today on March 17, 1971, Lou Malnati opened the original Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria in Lincolnwood, IL.

Lou always thought it was funny that an Italian should open a pizzeria in a Jewish neighborhood on an Irish holiday, but we have to say, it really worked out well for him, didn’t it?!

Today, we’re celebrating our loyal customers that have kept us going strong for 46 years and our awesome team who crank out Chicago’s best deep dish pizza day after day, year after year.
