Lou Malnati’s – Lawndale

In 1995 Lou Malnati’s Lawndale opened with the goal of helping to rejuvenate the neighborhood and serve the residents of Lawndale delicious pizza of course! We promised to give any profits from the store back to the community to benefit children’s educational and recreational programs.  In 2011 this dream became a reality as this restaurant turned its first profit and as promised, the money was donated back into the community.  In addition, we have partnered with the Lawndale Community Church to create a job-training program for residents of the church’s recovery home, Hope House, to help get local residents back into the working world. Our Lawndale restaurant offers three items unique to the location, our Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, West Side BBQ Sandwich, and Homemade Peach Cobbler for dessert!

Residents of Lawndale and the nearby neighborhoods of South Austin, Cicero, and Little Village can bring the whole family to Lou Malnati’s to share a deep dish pizza. Little Village, or La Villita in Spanish, is home to colorful murals and marketplaces that represent the authenticity of Mexico.
