How do I earn points?

Earn one point per dollar spent when you make a purchase at Lou Malnati’s, whether you’re dining in, picking up, or ordering delivery. 
Points are awarded based on the subtotal of your order after any discounts have been applied, before tax, gratuity, and any applicable delivery fees, excluding the purchase of gift cards.
Please ensure that you are logged into your rewards account before placing an order through the Lou Malnati’s app or online at order.loumalnatis.com. This way, your points will be automatically credited to your account. If you place an order by phone or dine in, please mention that you are a rewards member and provide the phone number associated with your account. We will make sure that you receive the points for your order.
