I earned a reward, but I haven’t received the money. How do I get my reward?

In order to use your reward, you need to activate it through the app or thanx.com/loumalnatis and then on your next purchase of $20 or more made Monday-Thursday, your card will be credited with that reward post-purchase. This credit is initiated instantly post-purchase, but may take 2-3 business days to show up on your card.
