I’m not able to login to the app and the password reset button isn’t sending me an email. What should I do?

This likely means you don’t have an online ordering account. The app is set up so that you first login to your online ordering account and then login to your rewards account. If you don’t have an online ordering account, you need to create one. You can do so by selecting “Create Account” on the bottom of the app’s homescreen. You’ll then need to enter your email and create a password. You can use the same email and password you use for your rewards account as long as the password is 8 characters or longer. After creating an online account, you can click “See Your Rewards” and then login to your rewards account.
