My recent orders aren’t being credited to my account. How do I get my points?

Make sure that the credit card(s) you use have been added to your rewards account. We track your purchases through the credit card used and can’t detect it if the card isn’t linked to your to account or if you pay with cash. To add a card, in the upper right hand corner in both the app or on the webpage when logged in, click on the three white lines and that will show you your account information and allow you to add or remove any linked cards. To have it retroactively added to your account, email a photo of the receipt to us at [email protected] or send a screenshot of the charge on your bank or credit card statement.
