Fundraising Programs are available to approved non-profit groups and organizations only.

Frozen Pizza Coupons

  • This is a fun and interactive fundraiser that directly involves your group’s members! For this fundraiser, groups will sell coupons for our Frozen Lou Malnati’s Take Home pizzas.
  • You purchase the coupons from us at a discounted rate, and sell them for a profit. Please note we have recently updated pricing on this program, click Get Started for details
  • This is a great option for sports teams, youth groups, clubs, and more.

Pizzeria Fundraiser Nights

  • Host a Fundraiser Night at any of our locations and Lou Malnati’s will donate up to 20% of your group’s sales (pre-tax, alcohol excluded) back to your organization on a mutually agreed upon date.
  • This fundraiser requires a little work, but offers a huge pay off! Great for non-profit organizations, community centers, educators, foundations, and more!
  • Fundraiser nights can be held at any one of our locations or up to 3 locations simultaneously. If you would like more than one location, place your request in the message space on your Group Raise request.

Fundraising FAQ

Tell people about it! We encourage you to plan your fundraiser far enough in advance so you are able to share it with as many people as possible! We will provide you with a flyer that you can print out for people, but also feel free to send out an email blast, tweet it, add it to your Instagram, Facebook, and web pages! Make it a friendly competition to see who can recruit the most people to attend! If your organization has a calendar, add the details there!

Lots of groups qualify for fundraisers at Lou’s! Youth groups, travel sports teams, school clubs, non-profits and more! We do not write checks to individuals. Contact our fundraising department if you have any more questions at [email protected].

Frozen Pizza VOUCHERS

Voucher cannot be used toward other food items, online orders, or Tastes of Chicago.

We suggest making a list of family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc! We do not recommend selling door to door.

We recommend your group sells the voucher before ordering them from Lou Malnati’s. While your organization sells the vouchers, they should be collecting payment. Any checks should be made out to your group. We accept credit or check payment. NEW we now have a credit portal that will allow you to pay online immediately upon order**

Approved organizations purchase discounted FROZEN pizza VOUCHERS from Lou Malnati’s at price of $10 per voucher. Each voucher is good for one 9” frozen pizza (cheese, sausage, pepperoni, or spinach ONLY), to be picked up by the customer at any of our Lou Malnati’s locations. Members of your organization sell the voucher for up to $20, keeping the profit from each pizza sold. Payment to Lou Malnati’s is due before you receive the vouchers.

Vouchers are good for 6 months after they are sent to the organization. The expiration date is on the bottom of the voucher.

Vouchers take 1-2 weeks to create and print after payment is received. Allow for enough time for your order to be processed.

We require a minimum of 20 vouchers but no maximum!

We recommend groups sell the vouchers first and then submit their final order, as we cannot refund any unsold or leftover vouchers.

FUNDRAISER Nights

Each fundraiser will received a promo code to be entered when placing the order online or in our app. The order will show a $.01 discount to indicate that the order should be counted toward your organization on the night of your Fundraiser event. Use of this promo code outside of you date of event or at locations not included in your event will not count toward your total.

No, we do not allow organizations to hang posters in our restaurants, tables, collaterol or interact with our customers. We do not promote the event, that is the organizations role.

Unfortunately no. We have to make the check payable to a nonprofit organization.

At this time gift card purchases or redemption of do not count toward giveback nights. You can place a catering order and use the promo code provided to you and get credit for your event.

Lou Malnati’s will donate up to 20% of your group’s sales (pre-tax/alcohol excluded) back to your organization on a mutually agreed upon date. Valid for dine in, carryout, and delivery orders. Customers must mention your organization at time of placing order or enter the promo code in the app or online order. In person or phone orders will show “fundraiser” at the bottom, online or app orders will show a $.01 discount and a message that you are supporting the fundraiser. If you do not see this item on your receipt, please see a manager or email the receipt to [email protected]

Please enter your promo code while ordering and you will receive a small message that your order will count toward your group’s total. It will NOT show ‘FUNDRAISING’ on the receipt, the same way in-person orders will show up. Fundraising codes will appear as a “discount” on your order’s receipt.

Once your fundraiser is approved you will receive an email with a link to the event, you can use that link to promote the event right away. Additional assets like social and email will be available right away. The flyer will be emailed to you 2 week prior to the event. We do not promote the fundraisers in store.

The check will arrive about 30 days after you have received the results from the giveback night

You can hold your fundraiser at one, two, or three different Lou Malnati’s locations, pending availability! Our Fundraiser nights include our sit-down AND carry out locations.

Groups are able to do a Fundraiser Night 2-3 times a year

We do not have a minimum, but our store managers bring in extra staff to help accommodate fundraiser nights, so please bring in some awesome people to dine with us!

Fundraiser nights are can be held on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday and are subject to availability. Fundraiser nights are available Thursday or Sunday at select locations only. Fundraiser nights are not available on Halloween, Super Bowl, Valentine’s Day, St Patrick’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, the week of Thanksgiving and December 15th through January 2nd.
