Important Information about Incentive Coupons

Incentive Coupons are to be distributed to youth participants ages 13 & under, one per individual, and not for any other reason than intended. Coupons cannot be brought in to Lou Malnati’s in large quantities for any individual or organization. Any extra coupons should be returned to us, or shredded. Groups who abuse these guidelines will be denied any future coupon requests.
