Our very own Marc Malnati was named as one of 50 leaders in Chicago’s food culture selected in Newcity’s Big Heat: Chicago’s Food and Drink Fifty 2015. The article lists fifty members of Chicago’s “culinary culture” that have helped to shape the Chicago food scene, making our city one of the food capitals of the world. According to Newcity’s article,
