We think we have a really good thing going here, so we hope you won’t ever want to leave us, but if you no longer want to participate in Lou’s Rewards, please contact us at [email protected] and our Customer Care Team will delete your account. All points and rewards in your account will be surrendered at the time of account deletion.

Points can be redeemed for free menu items or reward dollars. Visit the Rewards section of your account online or in the app to view which reward options you can redeem.
Log in to your Lou’s Rewards account online or in the app and go to the Rewards section to view your points balance.
You’ll see points load into your account as soon as your order is fulfilled. If after 24 hours you don’t see your points,please email us at [email protected]
Gift card purchases are not eligible to earn points. You can use a gift card as a form of payment on transactions and earn points!
Delivery fees and tips are not eligible to earn points and neither are purchases made on third-party delivery platforms like DoorDash or UberEats. You will only earn points for orders placed directly with Lou Malnati’s. Let’s keep this between us!
Pointsexpireafter6 months of inactivity.As long as you remain active in the program by earning or redeeming points they will neverexpire! Just think, half a year is a long time to go without your favorite pizza… we don’tthinkyou’ll have a problem!
Rewards expire 30 days after activation.Bonus or surprise rewards awarded outside of points redemption have their own expirationrules. Please see the original promotion for expirationdetails.
Points cannot be returned after you’ve selected to redeem them so choose wisely. Once points are redeemed for a reward, that reward is yours and we can’t swap it out for a different one.
You can earn points at any Lou Malanti’s location when you order in the Lou’s app, online, or in our restaurants.
No, you will not earn points for catering orders.
You can redeem one reward per order based on the way our system is currently set up.
Points are credited to your account post-purchase. If your order earns you a reward, that reward will be available for use on your next purchase.
Yes! When dining in or calling to order, simply provide us with your rewards phone number and we will make sure your account is credited for your purchase.
Look to the bottom of your receipt for a 13-digit code. Enter that code within 7 days of your purchase on the app and the missed points will automatically be credited to your account.
