Approved organizations purchase discounted FROZEN pizza VOUCHERS from Lou Malnati’s at price of $10 per voucher. Each voucher is good for one 9” frozen pizza (cheese, sausage, pepperoni, or spinach ONLY), to be picked up by the customer at any of our Lou Malnati’s locations. Members of your organization sell the voucher for up to $20, keeping the profit from each pizza sold. Payment to Lou Malnati’s is due before you receive the vouchers.

We recommend placing your catering delivery order at least 48-72 hours in advance to ensure timely service, especially for large orders or events. Catering orders placed less than 24 hours in advance can often be accommodated, but it’s best to plan ahead.

Vouchers are good for 6 months after they are sent to the organization. The expiration date is on the bottom of the voucher.

Points cannot be returned after you’ve selected to redeem them so choose wisely. Once points are redeemed for a reward, that reward is yours and we can’t swap it out for a different one. 

This likely means you don’t have an online ordering account. The app is set up so that you first login to your online ordering account and then login to your rewards account. If you don’t have an online ordering account, you need to create one. You can do so by selecting “Create Account” on the bottom of the app’s homescreen. You’ll then need to enter your email and create a password. You can use the same email and password you use for your rewards account as long as the password is 8 characters or longer. After creating an online account, you can click “See Your Rewards” and then login to your rewards account.

No, gratuity for delivery drivers is not included in the delivery charge. However, gratuity is appreciated for excellent service, and you can provide a tip directly to the driver. Best practice is to provide a tip at the time of order, as we are unable to add a gratuity after the order is executed.

We do not have a minimum, but our store managers bring in extra staff to help accommodate fundraiser nights, so please bring in some awesome people to dine with us!

There is no rental fee, however, in order to book the room, you must have a minimum of 25 people.

We take security very seriously, and for that reason, we chose to partner with a company that built their product so that your information is not stored anywhere in the system. When you add a card with the Thanx/Lou Malnati’s app, your card info is sent DIRECTLY to Visa, MasterCard, etc. This is how you tell them to enroll you in our program. At no point does Thanx or Lou Malnati’s ever see, know, or store your card number. This allows transactions to be automatically detected without adding any risk to you, and your card information never even touches either of our systems.

Yes, we can save your organization’s tax exemption in your account. A reminder that the catering order must be for the organization’s official activities, not for personal or unrelated use.  You must mention the tax-exempt letter when you place the order, as we cannot remove or refund tax after the order has been executed.

Make sure that the credit card(s) you use have been added to your rewards account. We track your purchases through the credit card used and can’t detect it if the card isn’t linked to your to account or if you pay with cash. To add a card, in the upper right hand corner in both the app or on the webpage when logged in, click on the three white lines and that will show you your account information and allow you to add or remove any linked cards. To have it retroactively added to your account, email a photo of the receipt to us at [email protected] or send a screenshot of the charge on your bank or credit card statement.
